International Anti-Corruption Day, 2016

3 Dec

December 9th is International Anti-Corruption Day, a great excuse to get our students thinking about corruption.  After all corruption can be the difference between safe, happy, prosperous lives (think New Zealand) and massive unfairness and disaster (think of country of your choice).

Here are some classroom activities, ready to go.

1. Corruption questions.  Over 60 of them.  Use them for small group discussions or writing – corruption-questions

2. An easy boardgame on the subject of honesty.  It will work for a slightly lower level than the list of questions – honesty-and-integrity-boardgame

3. Crossword puzzle featuring 6 useful words and phrases – slang-crossword-puzzle
